depression n insomnia

Is insomnia a serious problem?

It's not really a serious problem for your health, but it can make you feel tired, depressed and irritable. It can also make it hard to concentrate during the day.

im having difficulties sleeping at night this few weeks..maybe because i have sooooo many thoughts in mind make it hard for me to get a good sleep..cannot sleep at night sumtimes irritates me..so,once again i browse through the net and i found a treatment for insomnia..

  • Avoid or limit your use of caffeine (coffee, tea, sodas, chocolate), decongestants, alcohol and tobacco.
  • Exercise more often, but don't exercise within a few hours before going to bed.
  • Learn to reduce or manage the stress in your life.
  • Don't lie in bed worrying about things. Set aside another time just for worrying. For example, spend 30 minutes after dinner writing down what's worrying you and what you can do about it.
  • Try eating a light snack before going to bed, but don't eat too much right before bedtime. A glass of warm milk or some cheese and crackers may be all you need.
  • Don't nap during the day if naps seem to make your insomnia worse.
i will practice these habits before i go to bed..for those who r also having difficulties sleeping at night,i hope u will get a good night sleep..just remember, sleep somehow will help u to carry ur daily routine well..

its been 2 years since i left dublin..
2 years and the memories are still there..
2 years ago, i learnt alot about life..
and it will always remain in my heart..
i miss friends in dublin,life in dublin..
tq guys for great memories
i will not forget;although we r apart thousands miles..

leading for healthy lifestyle

After being lazy for a while n gaining a few kgs,i decided to start working out again..plus the bf keep asking me how my work out progress..so, today i made up my mind! i want to lose a few kgs n cm around my belly, thighs n butt becoz sumtimes it is hard for me to buy a perfect pair of jeans.so i decided to shape up my thighs n butt n maintain it..n another reason is im worried that my big thighs will effect my knees as i have small feet (fyi im wearing size 4/5 shoes - doesn't balance my body)

food experiment!

after few months stopped from blogging,now im back!!i've deleted almost all of my entries for no reason..hehe

now,what i wanna talk bout?of course food!heavenly delicious 'cheese potato smoked chicken' i call it..i've been inspired by AFC on Astro..i watched chef at home a couple days ago n it seems nice!but i altered the receipe a bit and walla,i made my own potato 'baked'..

it taste simply delicious n easy to make..with just a few potato,slice of smoked chicken,cheese, pepper n salt u can have it done! :)
